FIELD TRIP SUMMARY
Join us for Celebration Education's Living History Field Trip, to relive some of the most memorable events of the Revolutionary War. Using the backdrop of the Revolutionary War-era Boston replica on the play island of the park, we'll reenact the Boston Tea Party, Paul Revere's ride, and the battles of Lexington and Concord. We'll finish up by dancing the Virginia Reel!
Celebration Education's theme this year is Crafting a Country and this field trip follows along with that theme.
Schedule of Activities
10:00 am - 11:00 am: There will be an hour of fun learning experiences that relate to the Revolutionary War.
11:00 am: Following the activities, we encourage the families to stay and play, enjoying all that this wonderful park has to offer.
*This field trip is in partnership with Celebration Education and follows their 2021-2022 year-long theme of Crafting a Country. Our field trips are open to everyone and complement most homeschooling styles.
