Teale Sculpture Studio - Hawthorne, CA

We teach classes in clay, wire, and stone sculpture (hammer & chisel) in our studio. Our instructor was a high school and middle school Art Teacher for 13 years in Los Angeles and is able to teach sculpture in various media (wire, stone, and clay-- both fired and oil-based) as well as help students prepare for Art School portfolio applications. Drawing and painting can be included. We have a dedicated kiln for firing our students' projects on site. We're available to teach homeschool (or private) students on Tuesdays and/or Fridays in our studio which is located in the Hawthorne Arts Complex.
