Getting teenagers to exercise can be a daunting task with the computer, Internet, television, video games and other sedentary temptations... However, it is important for teens to exercise and this is a great chance to join a group, to workout outside, challenge themselves and have lots of fun! Our sessions involve aerobic and resistance training, flexibility and stretching, that way they get all the benefits from exercising.
